Jiangsu Datang Electric Appliance Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Zhenjiang Duoda Electric Heating Element Co., Ltd.) is located in Yangzhong, a waterside garden city by the Yangtze River. (It is about 800 meters from the Yangzhong Exit of S39 Expressway.) The company enjoys convenient water and land transportation.
We specialize in manufacturing various far-infrared food ovens, bread proofing cabinets, western kitchen equipment, automatic water boilers, dishwashers, disinfection cabinets, outdoor heating tubes, electric griddles, multi-function steam ovens, electric heating coils, heating tubes for air conditioners and solar energy systems.
The company relocated to a new 40-mu plant in August 2006. It owns fixed assets of RMB 60 million, including 230 sets of production equipment, 90 sets of automatic testing instruments and 80 sets of other testing equipment.
We have six advanced production lines for electric heating tubes with a daily output capacity of 60,000 meters.
Integrating research, development and manufacturing, our company is an appointed testing enterprise designated by the National Supervision and Inspection Center for Far-infrared Product Quality. Our far-infrared oven tubes and various tubular electric heaters feature good insulation performance, high thermal efficiency, energy saving, low noise and long service life.
The products won the Gold Medal at the 8th China New Technology & New Products Expo hosted by the State Science and Technology Commission in 1996; the Gold Award from Shanghai Infrared Technology Company in 1997; Guangzhou Customer Trustworthy Product in 1998; National Quality Sampling Excellent Product Award in 1999. In 1999, we was recognized as a Quality Management Standard-compliant Enterprise for the second time by the Ministry of Agriculture, and our products were awarded High-Quality Product by Jiangsu Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision.
In 2000, we was honored as a Trustworthy Quality Enterprise by Zhenjiang Product Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, and obtained the Great Wall Safety Certification from China Electrotechnical Commission the same year. In 2001, we successfully passed the CE certification of the European Community. In 2002, we won the title of National Enterprise with Dual Guarantees for Quality and After-sales Reputation. Our products were recognized as National Qualified Product through Quality Inspection in 2003. In May 2003, we acquired CQC product safety certification and completed the version upgrade audit of ISO9001-2000 international quality management system at one time.
The "Duoda" brand heating tubes were awarded Qualified & Trustworthy Brand for two consecutive years (2004, 2005). In 2006, they were named China Famous Brand and passed RoHS certification. Meanwhile, we registered the "Tangda" trademark.
We obtained UL certification for DT-6 liquid heating series in May 2007, and UL certification for DT-5 air heating series in May 2008. In 2009, we were awarded No.1 Preferred Brand of Electric Heating Elements in China and National AAA Enterprise for Quality, Service and Reputation.
Since 2011, we have obtained four patents including utility model, design and invention patents. We also participated in the drafting and revision of three national standards: GB/T7287-2008, JB/T12719-2016 and JB/T2379-2016.
Our tubular electric heating elements are supplied to more than 630 customers across over 20 provinces and municipalities nationwide and widely trusted by users. Advanced Production & Testing Equipment
We have introduced advanced processing and testing equipment for electric heating products. The whole workflow — from raw heating materials, cutting, tube cleaning, product forming, final inspection, packaging to delivery — adopts automatic or semi-automatic equipment for processing and testing, to guarantee a 100% factory pass rate.
We own three advanced production lines for electric heating products, including 430 sets of various processing machines, 3 sets of mirror surface polishing equipment, 5 sets of large hydraulic tube forming machines of over 800 tons, 6 sets of one-time forming fully automatic tube benders, and more than 200 sets of electrical performance testing instruments. In particular, we have introduced one of the world’s most advanced intelligent safety performance testing systems, which inspects and analyzes every product before delivery to ensure all electrical safety indicators meet requirements.
