Advanced Equipment Covering
the Full Manufacturing and Inspection Chain
Advanced automatic and semi-automatic processing & testing equipment for electric heating products has been introduced. Covering the full workflow from heating raw materials, material cutting, pipe cleaning, product forming, final inspection, packaging through to delivery, all processing and testing are performed by automatic or semi-automatic facilities to guarantee every delivered product is qualified.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT
430 sets of processing equipment are available, including 23 hydraulic tube forming machines over 40T–1000T and 56 one-step fully automatic tube bending machines, forming three complete production lines for electric heating products.
It is used for reducing and forming electric heating tubes and compacting the insulating filler inside tubes.
Used for constant-temperature drying, preheating and curing of electric heating elements.
Used for high-temperature annealing and heat treatment of electric heating tubes and metal components.
For continuous spraying and curing on workpiece surfaces to enhance coating adhesion.
Integrates heating, conveying and continuous processing.
It covers tube forming capacity from 40T to over 1000T.
Three assembly lines for electric heating products work collaboratively for production.
23 sets of large hydraulic tube forming equipment form large-scale production capacity.
Used to thread resistance wires into metal tubes to meet various specifications and loads.
TESTING EQUIPMENT
The company has jointly built the Jiangsu Datang Workstation in cooperation with the National Center for Quality Inspection and Testing of Infrared and Industrial Electric Heating Products. Its testing system covers the full chain from incoming raw materials and R&D verification to finished product delivery, ensuring stable product performance and operational safety.
Simulates temperature and humidity conditions to verify product environmental adaptability.
Tests mechanical properties of materials and joints.
For accelerated verification of service life reliability of electric heating tubes.
Used for quantitative analysis of material composition and coating layers.
Conducts electrical performance and safety tests for voltages ranging from 110V to 415V.
Non-destructive inspection of internal structure and assembly quality of electric heating tubes.
Verifies corrosion resistance of products and coatings.
